What is Coaching?

Coaching is a personal development experience, that happens through a series of conversations in which the Coach will help the Coachee work on the desired goal. During the process, the Coach simply asks the right questions to guide the coachee through a self-discovery journey. This will uncover blind spots, transform perspectives and erase limiting beliefs to allow for continuous progress toward the chosen goal.

How does it work?

We start with what we call a Discovery Call, completely free of charge and with no further commitment, this first interaction will allow us to get to know each other, define goals and make a road map of how to work towards that goal. It normally lasts between 30 min to one hour and can be done over the phone, via zoom, or in person. If we agree to work together, then we will define the number of sessions needed and the periodicity, which is normally, once a week.

What would you like it to be? What do you wish to achieve? Coaching is about you and your own needs and wants, there is no “one-fits-all” guideline. Therefore, anything can be “in” for you but here are some expected outcomes:
